Andrew Goodwin – Managing Director / Commercial Manager

Andrew is a construction professional with over 25 years experience, starting his career as a junior Estimator with the family business Crown Point Maintenance Group, being highly motivated he quickly developed the client base and later established AGH Group a commercial refurbishment contractor to meet the demands of their clients. Andrew is now the driving force behind the success of both AGH Group and T Shaw Decorators and always takes pride in the quality of projects delivered by the group. Andrew is also the owner of Abitom Developments, a regional bespoke house builder that sources land and builds homes for sale from £150,000 to £1m.

Paul Winstanley – Senior Contracts Manager

Paul began his career as a Painter and Decorator 16 years ago. Since then, working for a national painting firm, he has worked as a Site Foreman running large projects and teams of up to 10 people. Paul joined the company in 2016 as Contract manager where he is now responsible for project delivery and site management issues.

Ronny Francey – Works Manager

Ronny has over 25 years painting industry experience. All the way for trades operative to Works Manager, Ronny has a wealth of knowledge of ensuring every project is handed over to the same high levels the company expects and that all on site matters are dealt with to ensure all projects run smooth, to plan and to budget.

Roles include:

• Labour Supervision.
• Material and plant planning
• Quality management
• Finishing and handover

Chris Clayton – Sales Director

Chris has worked within sales and management in the Painting and Decorating sector for over 10 years. Chris joined us in 2018 as Sales Director and is tasked with forging new partnerships and cultivating better working relations within our client base. Should you have any projects you wish to discuss please speak with Chris and we will manage your enquiry from inception to completion.

Steve Ellis – Operations Manager

Steve has over 20 years construction industry experience planning Labour and Business Development. Steve has been with the company for almost 10 years, he manages the company labour and material requirements and coordinates office and site teams.

• Material specification/product sourcing.
• Labour Planning
