Andy is the Managing Director and is a construction professional with over 25 years experience, starting his career as a junior estimator with the family business Crown Point Decorators, later becoming the Group managing Director over all 6 branches. Andy later focused his energy into T Shaw Decorators and always takes pride in the quality of projects delivered by the group.

Paul began his career as a painter and decorator almost 20 years ago. Since then, working for a national painting firm, he has worked as a site foreman running large projects and teams of up to 20 people. Paul joined the company in 2016 as contracts manager and immediately made a positive impact in project delivery. In 2020 Paul was promoted to Contracts Director where he is now responsible for company wide project delivery and site management issues, overseeing a workforce in excess of 100 operatives.

Chris has worked within sales and management in the Painting and Decorating sector for over 12 years. Chris joined us in 2018 as Procurement Director and is tasked with forging new partnerships and cultivating better working relations within our client base. Steve has over 20 years construction industry experience planning labour and managing office based project requirements. Steve has been with the company for almost 15 years, he manages the company labour and project co-ordination between teams.
Assistant Contracts Manager

Stewart joined our team in 2023 to enhance our QC numbers, ensuring we are fully resourced on all our projects. Due to showing great potental he was promoted to assistanct contracts manager and it is now Stewart's role to assist in all projects to keep them on track, in budget and to programme.

Johnny is an experienced site manager with both main contractor and sub contractor experience, which is a valuble tool when managing quality output on large scale project. Johnny's keen eye for a high quality finish is always seen in his projects.

George also started with Trevor Shaw's as a decorator, but was quickly recognised as a person with very good management skills and always striving for an excellent finish to his projects, so we promoted him to his current role where his skills are perfectly utilised.
