Soyo Leeds

880 designer build to rent apartments in Leeds City Centre

Following on from securing the tallest building in Leeds (and Yorkshire), we have now secured the largest city centre PRS Scheme, taking our tally of live projects in Leeds City centre alone to well over 1500 units.

With phase 1 comprising of 515 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments, private dining experience, cinema and luxurious communal amenities SOYO will be a highly sought after development. Further phases include a hotel, cinema and more PRS accommodation.

Phase 2 now live, adding a further 365 apartments!!

Commencement early 2021 for a early 2024 completion.
